In my home “Donald Duck” was literally a household name. You see, when my older brother was a baby, he owned the most adorable Donald Duck stuffed toy, that he just so happened to drag around with him everywhere he went!.. Although he’d probably deny that little fact if you asked him today -wink wink-.
Obviously a lot of time has passed since then, but despite that, the mere thought or mention of Donald still brings back many fond childhood memories!
What are some of your favourite memories as a child growing up?

~ Braided Tassels ~

Taking your blue, white and yellow yarn, cut 12 strands of yarn (4 of every colour), each 30 inches
long. Then make a simple knot into the bottom of the left ear-flap. Make
a loose braid as short or long as you like, (Mine was 8 inches) then
tie a knot at the end, and cut of any excess yarn.

Repeat for the right ear-flap.

I want to thank you for all your wonder patterns. I love your children's character hats. I have made a few of them for my grandson. I would love to know something. I have been looking for a pattern for eeyore. I have looked everywhere. I see so many made but have not found a pattern. I hope you can help. I'm looking for one either with flaps or not. My son wants one for his son. I hope you might be able to help. I love the details you put into your patterns. They look so well done. Thanks for all you do.

Thank you so much Debbie! For a while I've wanted to make an Eeyore hat, I just haven't gotten around to it.
I looked everywhere for a pattern and this is the only one I could find. Hopefully it's what you're looking for? –> http://www.irarott.com/Donkey_Hat_PDF_Crochet_Pattern.html
