Do your patterns us US or UK crochet terms?
All Hopeful Honey patterns are written in standard US terms unless otherwise stated. If you’d like to learn about the differences, hop on over to my “Tutorials” pages for detailed, step-by-step videos.
Can I sell items that are made using your patterns?
Yes, absolutely! However, I do ask that you do not use any images posted by Hopeful Honey, unless you have received permission directly from Olivia. Please always remember to clearly credit Hopeful Honey as the pattern source for your item(s). Thank you for being respectful of the time and creativity gone into making each and every design!
Can I use one of your photos when offering certain products in my shop made using Hopeful Honey patterns?
What a splendid compliment! Thank you for enjoying the designs, your encouragement always brightens my day! However, please do not use any of Hopeful Honey’s photos in your shop. You may reference the name of the pattern and a link to the pattern post, but please still do not use any of my stock images.
Can I include your work in a round-up post?
Yes, you are always welcome to link to my blog or share my work in your round-up posts. However, when sharing please only use one (1) image and link back to the original blogpost.
Can I share your pattern(s) that I purchased with my friend/family member?
No, please do not do that. The person who has purchased the pattern is the only person that should be viewing the PDF. If your friend or family member is interested in creating that same piece, please direct them to hopefulhoney.com to purchase their own copy. Please remember that sharing the pattern is considered theft and disrespectful to the pattern designer.
Affiliate Links, Reviews & Giveaways
Hopeful Honey contains some affiliate links. This means if you click on an affiliate link through to a retailer and purchase something, I receive a very small amount/percentage of your purchase, at no additional cost to you, the consumer. Integrity is very important to me, so I’ll only ever add affiliate links to a post/review after an opinion on that product(s) has already been formed.
All complimentary products for review have been exclusively chosen by myself and will always be disclosed. I never review products that I wouldn’t personally use/buy/like and am not influenced by compensation. The views and opinions shared on this blog have been written by me, and are entirely my own.
All photographs, patterns and designs on hopefulhoney.com are the property of Hopeful Honey. The patterns and designs are subject to copyright, and are for personal use only – Permission is NOT granted for mass production or factory manufacturing of any kind. You may not republish, redistribute or sell these patterns unless you have received permission directly from Olivia.
