Beautiful hat and I’m looking forward to making it. I do have a question. In making the fair isle stitch, you state in the instructions “the hook must go underneath both loops AND the horizontal bar at the back of your work”. I’m confused about where this bar is. All the tutorials I’ve watched are just showing a regular Single crochet. Any help would be appreciated.
