Freckled Baby Monster Hat - Free Crochet Pattern

Do you feel this year has gone by far too quickly? It's been quite a while since I created my Mike Wazowski and Sulley inspired baby hats!

Taking your black felt, cut out a circle measuring approx 2" in diameter. Sew the black piece of felt on top of the white eye you just crocheted. Cut out a small piece of white felt, and sew it in the corner of the black felt.
Now sew the entire completed eye onto the hat, right at the front.

Repeat freckle pattern 6 times. Then sew 3 freckles on each side of the eye, towards the bottom of the hat.

Make a 4" pompom using both yarn colours (grape and dill). Taking the tapestry/wool needle, attach the pompom to the top of the hat. {Note: I used a Clover pompom maker}
Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.
