From the young age of six I always enjoyed going into thrift shops and dressing up in fabulous retro outfits, searching for vintage treasures and looking for doilies to add to my ever growing collection… Till this day I still adore doilies which is one of the main reasons I couldn’t resist creating a lightweight hat featuring a similar lacy texture and design!

If you prefer chunkier hats however, I also have a pattern for a peaches and cream french beret as well as a fun chunky panda pompom hat!

You can find the pattern HERE!

4.00mm (G) Crochet Hook
DK Yarn (8ply)

I like this hat, it looks lightweight. I was working on a cloche hat earlier today. It is way to big and I figure that the needle size is too large. Currently, I'm working with the color lavender. I enjoy your patterns.

This is so simple and adorable! I love you patterns. I haven't been able to crochet lately because I broke a finger on my crocheting hand 🙁
