Woodland Moss Chunky Basket - Crochet Pattern + Giveaway

For months now I've had multiple friends tell me that I need to buy a basket to store all my crochet "Works in Progress", a constantly growing pile. I liked the sound of storing all my hooks and projects together, but none of the baskets in the shops tickled my fancy.

I was quite disappointed by this fruitless search until I quickly realised that I could quite easily crochet my very own basket, making sure that it was exactly the right size and shape for my needs!
Recently I finally finished the basket, and I just knew I had to add the pattern to my Etsy and Craftsy Shops!

If you'd like to crochet some other projects for your home you might also like this vintage candy shop bunting or even enjoy this amigurumi cactus that would make an adorable addition to any home!

  14. I can't decide if this would be my bedroom yarn basket or the living room yarn basket... But then again it would be really cute with towels rolled up and stored in it in the bathroom. I think I'll need to make several! This is too hard to decide! :)

  28. Another beautiful project, Olivia! I've yet to make a basket... I'd love to create one or two for the Western-themed room that I'm planning after my son moves out! I definitely need a new project to help me cope with life's challenges including becoming an 'Empty Nester!' As far as what I'd put in it... well that is yet to be decided as I'd like something to go with the theme. Any ideas??? xoxoxo
