DIY Salacia Hoop Earrings

Growing up in a seaside village I've been spoiled with delightful days at the beach and never ending summers. I can't count the number of times I've wiggled sand through my toasty, tanned toes or collected sea glass from the shore.
I have so many fond memories of the ocean, that I decided to morph those memories into this beautiful pair of earrings!
Whereabouts did you grow up?.. I love discovering how big this craft-y family of ours is!

What You'll Need
Small Handful of Seed Beads
70cm {27 inches} of 24 Gauge Golden Wire
2x Gold Earring Hooks
2x Gold Earring Hoops {1.2 inches x 1.2 inches}
Wire Cutters
Chain Nose Pliers

Step 1~ Start of by gathering all your supplies. Then cut the 70cm wire in half with you wire cutters.
Step 2~ Taking 1 gold hoop and 1 half of your gold wire, start off by using your chain nose pliers to wrap the wire 3 times around the start of the hoop. Thread a seed bead onto your wire, then wrap it around the hoop. Repeat this pattern all around till you reach the end of the hoop.

Step 3~ Once you've reached the end of the hoop, wrap the wire around the hoop 3 times. Cute off any excess wire with your wire cutters.
Step 4~ Taking your chain nose pliers, open up your earring hook, then thread your hoop onto the hook before closing the hook up again.
Repeat the entire earring tutorial to make a pair.

Hope you all enjoyed this quick tutorial!
If you did make this necklace, please post a photo of it too my Facebook Page.
