Basic Chunky Boot Cuffs Crochet Pattern

There's something satisfying about cosying up with a chunky knit on a pale and rainy day, safe in the knowledge that you won't be required to venture out into the cold.
In the past I've shared quite a few chunky cowl patterns, so I figured it was about time I created a pair of soft, thick and woolly boot cuffs!

What You'll Need
10.00mm Crochet Hook
150g Super Bulky Yarn {14ply}
Scissors
Tapestry/Wool Needle

Finished Size
These boot cuffs fit all sizes.
{Easily adjustable, as explained in pattern}

Taking your super bulky yarn and 10.00mm crochet hook, start of by making a Slip Knot, and then crocheting 10 Chains.
Row 1~ Chain 1. Crochet 1 Single Crochet into the third chain from your hook. Then crochet 1 Single Crochet into every chain across. You should have 10 single crochets now.
Row 2 - 25~ Chain 1. Crochet 1 Single Crochet into every stitch all across, but only through the front loop. {Note: You can either add or take away a few extra rows depending on your upper calf size.}
When you've completed all the rows, connect the two ends of the band together to create a circle and Slip Stitch them together.
Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.
Repeat entire pattern once more to make a pair of scalloped boot cuffs.

I hope you all enjoyed this cute and easy boot cuff pattern!
If you did crochet this, please post a photo of your creation onto my Facebook Page.
I'd love to see it!
 Have a lovely day crocheting,

  1. Do you think it would be possible to adapt your boot cuff patterns to make leg warmers? Would I just add more rows until I get to the desired length, or would there need to be other modifications? I love your boot cuff patterns and I've been looking for a cute leg warmer pattern, so I'm trying to have my cake and eat it too. :)
