Measuring Cups & Mixer ~ Moist Banana Bread Recipe

Since I was little, every time our banana's started to turn more brown than yellow, my mum would take out her measuring cups and mixer. Sure enough like clockwork, she would retrieve two beautiful golden brown banana breads from the hot oven!
Her banana bread is in my non bias opinion the best banana bread in the world!
Here is her recipe, enjoy!
