Well it's been a little while since I last blog... The reason for this is that my laptop broke down, as well as I've been very busy. But I thought I'd just do a quick blog post to tell you all that I have not been abducted or kidnapped haha.
I made this pair of earrings this morning for my cousins that live in South Africa.
I thought I'd take a quick picture of them before posting them across the oceans and seas, and give all of you a little tutorial.
2x 3cm Silver Hoops
2x Silver Ear Hooks
Just an assortment of beads, but you'll need double of everything.
Chain Nose Pliers
Star of by designing your pattern. Then taking your chain nose pliers, bend open the silver hoops.
Thread on bead after bead, making sure the pattern is the same on both hoops.
Now taking your chain nose pliers again push the hoops closed. With your pliers, open up the small loop at the bottom of the ear hooks. Twist it to the side as not to break the small loop. Then attach it to the hoop, and close up!
And you're done! I hope you all enjoyed that tutorial, if you have any questions, comment away!
If you did make these earrings, please post a photo of your creation onto my Facebook Page,
I'd love to see it! Please Subscribe to my blog, it would really make my day!
Have a great day crafting!
